Welcome to WestPrimeDirect. We value our customers' time and make every effort to ensure your order arrives in a timely and secure manner. Here's all you need to know about our shipping policy.

Shipping Methods

We ship through FedEx and USPS, known for their reliability and prompt delivery.

Shipping Time

We aim to process and ship your order within one business day after purchase. After dispatch, you can expect your order to arrive in 3-5 business days with our free standard shipping. If you need your order sooner, expedited delivery options are available for an additional fee.

Please note that these timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and actual delivery time may vary depending on carrier conditions.

Shipping Locations

We offer shipping across the United States. Unfortunately, we currently do not provide international shipping.

Shipping Costs

We believe in providing our customers with value, which is why we offer free shipping on all our products, regardless of the order size.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress. You can also log into your WestPrimeDirect account and view the tracking information in your customer portal.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost in transit and the carrier confirms it (through tracking information or investigation findings), we will replace the item or offer a refund. Please report a lost package within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

If your package arrives damaged, report the damage within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will verify the situation and either send a replacement item or offer a refund.

All our packages are insured for their value, and we will file a claim with the carrier for any delivery issues.

Delivery Issues

We cannot take responsibility for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If the tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you report not receiving it, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. However, we cannot take responsibility for packages that are stolen or lost after delivery confirmation.

Holiday Shipping

Our shipping timelines remain the same during holidays. We work hard to ensure your orders are delivered promptly, no matter the time of year.

Backorders and Pre-orders

At this time, we do not offer backorders or pre-orders. We only sell items that are currently in stock and available for immediate shipping.
